For merchandise returned within 60 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original purchase price. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For in-store boutique purchases, return windows will be determined by the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
We do offer free return shipping for most items. If you are looking to return your frames, contact us to request a return label. Return labels will be issued by email only. Free return shipping only qualifies for domestic US customers.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
A one-time price adjustment can be granted on full-price purchases only if your order number is presented within 14 days of purchase.
Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off their original price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
